How will the receptionist greet my callers?
Our talented receptionists will answer your calls with a greeting tailored to your business. You can choose the greeting yourself or we can provide one for you. A typical greeting would be: “Thank you for calling any company, Jennifer speaking, How may I help you?” Whatever greeting you choose it will be delivered with positivity and professionalism.
How do you handle solicitation calls? Do they count towards my minutes?
We screen all potential solicitation calls so you do not have to waste your time on them. If you choose, we can block the phone numbers of callers who fall in to the “sales call” or “solicitation call” category, so that they no longer count towards your minutes. The initial call before the block, would count towards half a minute.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We provide our services on a month to month basis and you may cancel at any time.
Can you transfer calls to my cell phone or to another phone device?
Yes, of course! Our receptionist can transfer calls to any phone number (other than the one forwarded to us), calls can be transferred to a home line, cell phone, hotel line, or to your office line. Your receptionist will try every available outlet until they get a hold of you.
What if I require more minutes than your monthly plan allows on your website?
We are more than happy to customize a proper plan that fits your business needs. Please

Our set-up is instant. Once you sign up online your number is immediately active and our live team is poised to handle your calls. We get your personalized call flow typically programmed 1-2 days after receiving it back from you.
How do I pay?
We accept credit and / or debit card payments. We can only accept checks for larger accounts.
